By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subscription Details
You are signing up for a monthly subscription service that provides access to all the features, functionality, education and support provided by Healthpath Pro. The first payment will be charged immediately upon subscription, and subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis.

We will bill you on the same day each month, based on the date you initially subscribed. The payment you make will be based on the number of total clients in your clinic account:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees. You will retain access to all functionality until the end of your payment period.
4. Refunds
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle. However, you will not be billed for any future months.
5. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to make updates, changes, or enhancements to the service without prior notice. However, these changes will not affect your subscription fee during your current billing cycle.
6. Termination
We may terminate your subscription and access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities.
