Welcome to Healthpath Pro’s Client Referral Service. Please review our terms and conditions,to have a clear understanding of how the subscription works.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You are signing up for a monthly subscription service that provides access to the Client Referral Service. The first payment will be charged immediately upon subscription, and subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis.
We will bill you on the same day each month, based on the date you initially subscribed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees. Your profile will remain on the directory, and you will retain access to all functionality until the end of your payment period.
To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Directory’ landing page. From there, you can easily cancel your subscription with just a few clicks.
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle. However, you will not be billed for any future months.
We reserve the right to make updates, changes, or enhancements to the service without prior notice. However, these changes will not affect your subscription fee during your current billing cycle.
We may terminate your subscription and access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities.
