HuMap™ (Hormone and Urinary Metabolites Assessment Profile) is a simple at-home urine test that provides extensive insight into the status of hormone health for both men and women. It identifies any issues with hormone secretion or metabolism, which can help to inform interventions for both men and women.
Hormonal dysfunction can result in a range of conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS and menopausal symptoms in women, as well as erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass and prostate issues in men. It can also result in general conditions, such as fatigue, low libido, insomnia, weight gain and mood disorders.
HuMap™ measures levels of sex hormones in urine, as well as their metabolites , in order to highlight both the status of these hormones and the efficiency of the hormones that metabolise them. Reporting these results can help to identify problem areas for individuals, and guide useful interventions.
This test requires four or five urine collections, taken over the course of two days.
