The EMMA Panel uses dust swab samples to assess the home for the presence of the 10 most problematic moulds and 16 most toxigenic mycotoxins. This helps to confirm suspected mould toxicity within individuals’ homes, and can also be used to assess the efficacy of any home environment treatment that may be ongoing.
This test is recommended for those who have mycotoxin illness or who live in a damp environment, those who suspect their home or work environment has mould or mycotoxins, or if the home or work environment has ever had water damage or has a musty smell.
This test requires several dust swab samples taken from air conditioning or heater filters.
