Collecting your samples
If postmenopausal or male, collect samples on any day.
If premenopausal, collect samples between days 19 and 22 days of your cycle. For longer cycles, add the number of days you usually go beyond 28 days (e.g. collect between days 21 and 23 of a 30-day cycle). Subtract in a similar manner if your cycles are shorter (e.g. collect between days 17 and 20 of a 26-day cycle).
