Understand women’s hormonal cycles and their hormonal function using this test, assessing levels of reproductive hormones over two cycles.
For this test, you must collect 25 dried urine samples throughout the course of two cycles (16 samples collected over a 33 day schedule if there is no cycle).
This test is useful for women with fertility concerns, amenorrhea (no menstruation), oligomenorrhea (irregular cycles), women with ablations, PCOS, PMS, mid-cycle spotting and migraines. It is also useful for women with hormonal symptoms that fluctuate throughout the cycle, and for those with partial hysterectomies.

Collecting your samples
For premenopausal women, the collection schedules differ depending on cycle length. The first 21 samples must be collected within the first cycle, while the final four samples must be collected during the fourth day of your second cycle.
For postmenopausal women or those without a cycle, the final four samples must be collected on Day 33. See the instructions for more information.
