About the test

The Blood Metals Panel is a blood test that screens for 16 different metals, both toxic and nutrient. The results can identify if an individual has unusually elevated levels of toxic metals, or if they have imbalanced levels of nutrient metals.

Both elevated toxic metals and imbalanced nutrient metals can result in a wide range of symptoms, such as fatigue, myopathy, anorexia, headaches, weight loss, dermatitis and maldigestion.

Imbalanced levels of nutrient metals can be the result of many different factors, such as dietary inadequacies, maldigestion, malabsorption, stress, anorexia, genetic factors and medications. If imbalanced nutrient levels are identified, the root cause can be investigated and addressed through lifestyle, dietary and supplemental interventions.

Elevated levels of toxic metals in the blood can be the result of exposure to things such as water contamination, industrial processes, lead paint, medicines, art supplies and more.

This test requires a blood sample via a blood draw procedure, which must be performed by a doctor or phlebotomist. To book a blood draw, please see ‘Find a blood draw’ at regeneruslabs.com.

Please note, the price of this test includes sample shipping to Regenerus UK for processing, then forwarding to Quicksilver Scientific in the USA for processing.

Disclaimer: This test is only available through a Healthpath Pro practitioner.
